To put stuff in your website, put files in /home/ucc/username/public-html/
An easy way to upload stuff is to use WinSCP or FileZilla or sftp or sshfs or ... there are lots of ways. You can also use SSH and a text editor such as vim or nano to edit your files directly.
You can run CGI scripts.
