Faults with the Fresher's Guide:

• Getting Help should mention a bug tracker or mailing list, and also be for suggestions of new services etc.
• Fixing UCC computers is OK, but send an email to tech@ saying what you've done. Don't throw things away except at cleanups, even if it's broken someone else might be planning to fix it.
