Events
As a SOC affiliated club, UCC can get sponsorship, promotion and insurance for events.
However, we need to comply with the Guild's policies and procedures, which are in a constant state of flux. Here is a diagram that shows the current situation:

MAKE SURE YOU DO THE APPROPRIATE THINGS WELL IN ADVANCE. The Guild is traditionally very slow at dealing with procedures and approving documents.
