UCC uses mailing lists for the bulk of their communication. You can see what lists UCC uses over at http://lists.ucc.gu.uwa.edu.au/. The three main lists are below.

By default, you are subscribed to ucc@. This list is where all announcements for current members go.

committee@ is a list for all committee related things, such as what needs to happen, progress for action items, applications for coke and door.

tech@ is the main contact for all tech related things, such as broken PCs, changes to services and when you are looking for tools that UCC doesn't have.

Feel free to subscribe to any/all of them.

Yeah we also have Facebook I guess you can use that too.
