Maki, the Malay name for Herklotsichthys quadrimaculatus (Bluestripe herring).
Herklotsichthys is a genus of herrings in the family Clupeidae found mostly around Southeast Asia and Australia with one species each in the Persian Gulf, the Red Sea and the western Indian Ocean. This genus currently contains 12 species. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Herklotsichthys
UCC machine history
Maki was purchased in 2012 from club funds to replace the constantly failing Mylah as VM host, SAN host and samba server.

SuperMicro MB-X9DRL-iF motherboard with 32GiB RAM and 1x Intel E5-2640 (motherboard has two sockets, one is unused), 2x OCZ Vertex 4 128GB SSDs and a LPE11002-E 4 GB Fiber Channel card in a Generic TGC-23650.
