Originally purchased in 2005 as a VMware GSX (later VMware Server) host for the Faculty of Arts. Circa 2007 became the Vcenter host for the first Arts ESX cluster. After VMware officially began supporting (and recommending) running Vcenter in the cluster itself it became a secondary ESX host around 2009. Decommissioned late 2010 and donated to UCC at the start of 2011.
