Olive uses CatOS, which is old but might be easier to get your head around.

Lorenzo

SSH to it by hostname (lorenzo.ucc.asn.au) or IP (192.168.2.11). Uses its own set of passwords, so if you don't already have an account on it you'll have to ask someone who does to create one for you. Use 'show int status' to get started.

Lorenzo has eight broken interfaces. You can tell which ones are broken because they are filled with silicon filler, though this is an effect rather than a cause.

Curviceps

Can only be configured by via web interface, which is at [http://curviceps.ucc.gu.uwa.edu.au]. This is on the management VLAN, which is only routed from inside the UCC.

Olive

Telnet to it by hostname (olive.ucc.asn.au) or IP (130.95.13.5). Uses its own set of passwords, so if you don't already have an account on it you'll have to ask someone who does to create one for you. Try to use Lorenzo instead if at all possible, there is a vague plan to retire Olive once everything is off it. Use 'show int status' to get started.

Alloy

Not used anymore, except for LANs. The default IP of the Alloy, contrary to what the manual says, is 192.168.1.1. The default password is 'admin'.
