Case:
- must be rackmount with tool-less rails
- prefer if it can take a standard ATX power supply so that it is a flexible, reusable case
- probably want 3-4U so it can fit full-height cards (and the ATX PSU)
Mobo:
- must be able to fit in case (duh)
